Conn-Weld’s Horizontal Screens have shown to be effective in all applications. Featuring the classic G-Master ® welded body, these horizontal screens are low maintenance and very efficient. They can be paired with the Conn-Weld Sieve. The G-Master® mechanisms come with spherical roller bearings that are meant to lower the risk of vibratory cracking and oil tanks that keep the bearings well-oiled all the time. Additionally, the best painting standards in the industry are used in the production of Conn-Weld’s horizontal screens.
- Shot blast to near white metal
- One coat 2-part epoxy undercoat
- A single application of a two-part blue epoxy top varnish (alternative colors are available)
