Superior®s Spirit® and Sand Plant offer a solution for fines recovery and sand production by including a cyclone and a dewatering screen that classifies and produces sellable sand products. The Spirit Sand Plant occupies less space with its smaller footprint and helps the operators by removing heavy clay from valuable sands and transforming a material that was useless into a product that is now ready for sale.

  • Geometrically efficient designed cyclone inlet reduces turbulence to improve classification and lower wear.
  • Screen walls remove moisture from the top and sides of the material for a drier product.
  • Deeper screen bed allows removal of more water and retention of more product
  • The internal baffle in the sump tank reduces turbulence, while the sloped design allows even material flow to pump
