Product Details

Superiors Valor® VSI crusher comes in a belt or drive configuration, usually located behind the main or secondary crushers. Cube-shaped material produced follows the requirements of the standard of most current asphalt contractors. Throughout quarry processing, feed material hits the VSI rotor, which easily rockets against stationary anvils and fractures the rock along the natural fault line.

Features

  • Capacities up to 600 TPH
  • The hydraulic lid allows for safer and easier access to the crushing chamber
  • Externally adjusted feed tube allows for safe modification of the feed-tube without opening the crusher
  • Vibration protection switch triggers an alarm or shuts down crusher if vibration exceeds a pre-set level
  • Bypass feed routes up to 30% of feed directly into the crushing chamber, which increases throughput.
