McCourt Equipment has over 30 proficient on-site shop technicians responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment that comes into our shop. Located at our headquarters in La Grange, TX, our facility consists of 8 oversized bays, capable of housing six machines safely at one time. Our repair facility is equipped with a ten-ton and twenty-ton overhead crane, giving ample room to repair, on average, eight machines per week.
Our trained technicians deliver the McCourt experience by providing high-quality repair service for the manufacturers we represent and can fix any equipment put into market by our competitors.
Our technicians hold training certificates from McCloskey, Telsmith, & Ecoverse, and are MSHA and OSHA certified. We provide the proper repair procedures, and our service team keeps in constant communication with our customers throughout the process.
The McCourt Equipment Field Service Team understands the cost of having equipment malfunction, and we will get your equipment up and running. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and our goal is to decrease customer downtime while maintaining increased production.
Our continually growing service team consists of dedicated Field Service Technicians who have fully equipped service vehicles containing jib cranes, welding machines, and all the tools necessary to seamlessly complete a job on-site. Our commitment lies in providing reliable solutions through an experienced and continually expanding team.
Our dispatching team strives to get a service technician to our customer’s site within 24 hours of receiving a service call. The McCourt Equipment Field Service Team is knowledgeable enough to work on any machine our customers have, regardless of whether they were bought or rented from us.
Our service team holds MSHA, OSHA, and CAT ISD certifications and training certificates from Telsmith, Ecoverse, & McCloskey.
McCourt Equipment was one of CAT’s first companies to be granted ISD certification.
We are experts at painting all makes and models of machines and custom-made parts. We focus on a strict process of proper preparation, paint matching, and then painting in our state-of-the-art downdraft, dust-free paint booth.
Our 80ft X 20ft paint booth has an air exhaust system, filters to collect overspray and dust, 80 fluorescent panel lights to eliminate dark areas, and a heater for quicker drying.
We use various paint guns for smaller projects and smaller areas, and a paint pot and gun for large, full machine projects.
With our current painting process, we can ensure that the paint job is right the first time it gets done!
At McCourt Equipment, we sell, service, and rent our equipment to various industries that range from aggregate mineral processing, sand, gravel, recycling, compost, topsoil, mulch, and many other applications. These tend to leave remnants behind, with an Eco-conscious McCourt Equipment invested in a closed-loop wastewater recycling system that eliminates oils, greases, and other hydrocarbons as well as organics typically found on the returned equipment.

Our heavy haul team of triple/double certified drivers is safety-driven and professionally trained to ensure timely transport of heavy equipment. We work with permit offices across the country to obtain the necessary permissions to legally and safely transport heavy equipment and offer our own certified pilot car service. Our Transportation Coordinator has the knowledge to match the right heavy haul equipment with the most experienced driver, safely and successfully handle all customer or company-owned machines. Our heavy haul fleet consists of five haul trucks, nine trailers, including flatbeds, nine axles, 10FT wide, and step decks, and are all capable of hauling +160,000 lbs. McCourt Equipment has all the capabilities and partnerships necessary to make all transports!
