I recently got with JR and scheduled a technician to spend some time on our site to go through the equipment and provide some “refresher” training to the crew.

I want to thank Juan and Garrett for a job well done on Thursday 10-1-20. Service call was made day before to repair two splice issues and the other with E-stop electrical problems. As always Eric you scheduled your crew to arrive the next day. During this COVID pandemic Voestalpine work groups are separated into two teams working 7 on and 7 off. Teams are COVID tested every Thursday before returning on Friday. I mention this because contractors such as yourselves would have a tough time arriving day before or making arrangements to provide two dedicated teams. Thus brings our contractor COVID rule. Our three hour contractor COVID rule states contractors can only work three hours a day. With all that said, Garrett and Juan applied time management skills appropriately, planned job accordingly, and repaired all three screeners within three hours. As screening is a huge part of our production McCourt Equipment has time and time again provided efficient services. We thank ALL your staff for the continued professionalism towards Voestalpine.
