I have been with McCourt Equipment for 13 years. It is a great place to work, you will be challenged every day to meet goals for the company, and for yourself with endless opportunities. There is always something new to learn each day. Challenging, but rewarding.

I like how fast paced my job is with all of the challenges that come with it, and all of the decisions that have to be made daily. Keeping employees positive and motivated.

I have been with McCourt Equipment for 5 years.  I feel very blessed and humbled to be able to work at McCourt Equipment and have a rewarding career utilizing my talents and education in the small town I call home.  I have the opportunity each and every day to do what I truly enjoy and I am very fortunate to work with and for an amazing team.

Working at McCourt Equipment is challenging yet satisfying at the same time.We are always evolving and getting better as a company, so I never find myself in a position where I’m standing still. You have to adapt and get better every day, or you’ll get ran over by the forward momentum of the business as a whole. I’ve been with McCourt Equipment for over six years. I like the fact that we are always pushing to become better as an individual as well as a company. As a result of this mentality, I have the opportunity to learn from a lot of great mentors, as well as strive to become better in a broad range of areas in my life. Also, I think that we have a great organizational culture with core values and beliefs that emphasize the importance of family and service to your fellow man. Due to this operational paradigm our continuous success becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that’s fundamentally aligned with our customer’s needs.

I joined the McCourt Team in the Fall of 2021. It was a change of environment for me but was looking for that new chapter in my life. I knew that I was in the right place when at the Thanksgiving Luncheon; we were told, ”We don’t live to work, We work to live”. I have changed so many of my life choices based on that quote and am so much happier. Family is what McCourt is, we all work hard but share a special bond with one another. Every day is a new challenge as the company continues to grow in so many ways. The only regret that I have is that I didn’t join the McCourt Team sooner!

I have been with McCourt Equipment for nearly three years. It has been a great working experience for me thus far and I attribute that greatly to the family environment that runs deep in our company. We work hard, celebrate our successes and resolve any issues quickly. I also appreciate the collective team effort that is put forth by all departments and management within our company. Some of the most proud moments I’ve had at McCourt Equipment are in knowing that not only have I done what I need to do to satisfy the customer on the front-end, but that another department is right there to help complete the job on the back-end. Day-in and day-out, the end goal for the entire team is to make sure our customers are satisfied.

McCourt Equipment is a family owned and operated company, that has proven to be loyal to its employees. I have been with McCourt Equipment total of 6 years. While expecting the best from its employees, they are also very generous with their understanding of person, time and space. It has been my pleasure to work and learn from some of the best in our field. Learning about the new technology and equipment, and seeing it implemented in the field, has to be what I enjoy most about my job.

 

McCourt Equipment is a true family and team environment. All employees are treated as an entrelac part of the McCourt Team. I have been with the McCourt Team for eight years. What I like the most about my job is the ability to manage my territory and the trust that the McCourts have in me to do what is right for our customers and McCourt Equipment.
